Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin dismissed Deputy Minister of Digital Development Dmitry Kim from his post. He left the position of his own free will, it follows from orders, published on the official Internet portal of legal information. On website The Ministry of Digital Development indicated that Dmitry Kim is leaving his position “for family reasons.”
Dmitry Kim, 38, has worked at the ministry since 2021. As Deputy Minister, Mr. Kim oversaw telecommunications policy, including the use of the radio frequency spectrum. In addition, he coordinated the work of departments of state regulation of the telecommunications market, the development of new services and infrastructure projects in this area. Before that, he was vice president – director of the macro-regional branch “Center” at Rostelecom.
June 2, 2023 Vedomosti with reference to sources reported that Deputy Ministers of Digital Development Dmitry Kim and Oleg Pak will soon leave their positions. The newspaper’s interlocutors did not specify the reasons for the personnel changes. On September 14, Oleg Pak left the post of deputy head of the Ministry of Digital Development and moved to Rostelecom. His position in the department was taken by Alena Rudenko.
