PMCs are out of brackets
On June 1, the government of Tuva made changes to the rules for providing one-time material assistance to family members of fallen servicemen and volunteers. Initially, they were all entitled to a payment of 1 million rubles. Now, the republican government has removed from the decree the mention that it will be paid “to persons who have entered into a contract with other organizations, including a private military company.” Later, the government of Tuva explained that now the money will be allocated for the burial of those who served in the PMC – 100,000 rubles each.
