Denmark will not give Russia access to participate in the investigation of the Nord Stream explosion. This was stated by the head of the Danish Foreign Ministry Lars Løkke Rasmussen.
“The Danish Foreign Minister … said that Denmark would not allow Russia to take part in the investigation of the pipeline explosions,” writes Local Denmark.
According to Rasmussen, Denmark, Germany and Sweden respect the rule of law, so their investigation can be trusted.
“We told the Russians that we would conduct a thorough investigation,” he said, adding that after the end of the investigation, the results would be announced.
Recall that on September 26, sabotage was committed at Nord Stream and Nord Stream 2. The Russian Prosecutor General’s Office initiated a case on an act of international terrorism.
