Demand for representatives of wine professions has sharply increased in Russia

To carry out various field work, companies also need tractor drivers, who are offered remuneration of up to 80,000 rubles a month. They must confidently operate the equipment and, if necessary, carry out minor repairs. In Sudak, a nonresident tractor driver will be provided with housing. In the winery near Sevastopol, the specialist will also be provided with free three meals a day.

Companies of blenders and coopers are calling for approximately the same salaries. A blender at a wine production in Maikop with a salary of 35,000 rubles or more should be responsible for processing wine materials, preparing blends, and maintaining equipment. And coopers (specialists in the manufacture of wine barrels) in Yalta and the Temryuk region will receive 40,000 each.

Well, the highest level of earnings awaits sommeliers and cavists. So, in Omsk, a sommelier is offered a place in one of the restaurants, where he will draw up a wine list, monitor the assortment, advise guests and earn from 90,000 rubles. In Norilsk, the company will train a beginner sommelier of a restaurant at its own expense, assign a scholarship for this time, and then will pay from 70,000 rubles.

In one of the supermarket chains in Moscow, a kavist with a salary of about 80,000 rubles will not only help customers with the choice of wine, but also deal with the display of products, organizing tastings and training colleagues. And a consultant of a wine cellar in the Moscow region with a salary of 100,000 rubles will be able to undergo free training at the expense of the company and receive a certificate.
