Demand for rental housing standard and comfort classes a month after the start of partial mobilization fell by 20 percent. This is reported RBC with reference to analysts of the real estate company Inkom-Nedvizhimost.
Over the same period, the number of offers on the rental housing market in the capital increased by 15 percent, and the average period from placing an ad to renting out real estate increased from one to three days to two weeks.
Realtors also noted that the high season in Moscow ended a month earlier. It usually ends at the end of October.
The experts added that the decline in interest in rental housing affects prices. At the moment, rental rates remain stable, although prices can rise up to 35 percent during the high season.
Now the owners are reluctant to provide discounts, but in the near future they will have to put up with a decrease in demand and reduce prices by 5-10 percent.
