PJSC Carsharing Russia (Delimobil brand) announced its intention to conduct an IPO on the Moscow Exchange. Listing and the start of trading are expected at the end of January or the first half of February, it follows from press release companies.
The bulk of the offer will consist of shares issued as part of the additional issue. Based on the results of the IPO, the share of Delimobil shares in free float can reach up to 10%. Russian qualified and unqualified investors, as well as Russian institutional investors, can participate in the IPO.
“The existing sole shareholder of the company, Delimobil Holding LLC, does not plan to sell the outstanding shares and after the IPO will retain control to implement the growth strategy,” the press service clarified.
Delimobil has been operating since 2015. The service is available in 11 cities of Russia. The main beneficiary of the holding is the founder of the Delimobil car sharing and the Mikro Kapital Group fund, Vincenzo Trani.
In November 2021 reported about Delimobil’s plans to postpone its IPO in New York and Moscow until 2022. Forbes wrote, that, among other things, due to negative financial results, the company’s order book could not be closed. In December 2023, Reuters reported that Delimobil could be the first Russian company to hold an IPO this year.
