Several pieces of debris from a downed air target fell in the Pervomaisky district of Rostov-on-Don. About it reported Governor of the Rostov region Vasily Golubev in his Telegram channel.
The governor said falling debris caused “property damage.” There are no reports of casualties.
Air defense system worked in the Rostov region at 11:25. According to the head of the region, an “air target” was hit.
Since October 19, 2022, by decree of Russian President Vladimir Putin, a medium level of response has been established in the Rostov region. The same regime operates in seven more regions – Crimea, Sevastopol, Krasnodar Territory, Kursk, Voronezh, Belgorod and Bryansk regions.
