The victims of the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ strike on Tokmak were 16 people, including a child, Governor of the Zaporozhye region Evgeniy Balitsky reported on his Telegram channel.
Previously, 11 deaths were reported.
“The number of deaths as a result of the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ terrorist attack on Tokmak has increased to 16 people. Rescuers recovered four bodies from the rubble, including one child. One person died in the hospital,” the governor of the Zaporozhye region wrote.
Earlier it was reported that Ukrainian armed forces used American GLSDB ammunition for the first time to attack Tokmak. This ground-based munition was also developed in Western countries and is in service with some NATO countries. They are launched from HIMARS systems.
