Daria Lantratova, deputy secretary of the General Council of United Russia, has become a senator from the executive branch of the LPR in the Federation Council. Such a decree signed Acting Head of the Republic Leonid Pasechnik.
“I decide to empower the senator of the Russian Federation – a representative of the executive body of state power of the Lugansk People’s Republic, Lantratova Darya Sergeevna,” the document says.
First senator before became Olga Bas, who previously headed the administration of the head of the LPR. Deputy of the People’s Council of the Republic Alexander Ananchenko became a senator from the DPR in the Federation Council.
On September 30, the President of the Russian Federation and the heads of the DPR, LPR, Kherson and Zaporozhye regions signed agreements on the regions joining Russia. On October 4, the Federation Council, following the State Duma, ratified all the treaties, and the next day Putin signed federal laws on the admission of four new subjects to the Russian Federation. Martial law has been introduced in four regions since October 19.
