“We hereby inform you about the upcoming change in the name of the legal entity of the Danone Group in Russia, namely AO Danone Russia, from September 18 to September 24, 2023… The new name is… H&N Joint Stock Company,”— said in a letter from the company.
At the same time, the details of the company, including TIN, OGRN, KPP and bank data, will not change. Also, the powers of attorney issued to the former Danone name will still be valid.
Earlier, the parent company Danone announced plans to reduce its presence in Russia. In July, her share in the Russian company was transferred to the temporary management of the Federal Property Management Agency. Russian President Vladimir Putin declaredthat this was done due to the fact that the company’s management “tried to put pressure on Russian citizens, its employees, intimidating them with possible dismissals if they showed a certain civic position.”
