Ukrainian forces do not plan to use ATACMS missiles to attack Russia. This statement was made by the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Alexey Danilov in an interview with the Spanish newspaper ABC.

“We will not use them on Russian territory, we have agreements on this issue with our partners,” Danilov promised.

According to him, ATACMS will be involved in the defense of the Ukrainian state.

White House President Joe Biden decided not to supply ATACMS operational-tactical missiles to Ukraine in September. However, Dan Rice, ex-assistant to the commander-in-chief of the Ukrainian Armed Forces Valery Zaluzhny, said that the United States could change the decision and transfer ATACMS with a cluster warhead to the Ukrainian army this week, RT wrote.

Former US Marine Corps intelligence officer Scott Ritter warned that Moscow would eliminate all critical infrastructure in Kyiv if American long-range missiles were supplied.
