Senator Tsekov: the losses announced by Zelensky are several times less than the figures
The losses of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, which were announced by Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky, are several times less than the figures announced by the leaders of the European Union (EU) and Western countries who support him. Senator from the Republic of Crimea Sergei Tsekov reported this, calling Zelensky’s statements false.
“Over these two years, all these friends of Zelensky – Ursula von der Leyen, representatives of Western states – named figures (of losses of the Armed Forces of Ukraine – editor’s note) that were several times higher than those he named,” the senator said.
According to him, such statements from the head of state prove that Zelensky is lying without thinking about the credibility of this lie.
In addition, Tsekov called the President of Ukraine “a completely frivolous person” with whom, according to the senator, normal leaders should not deal.
The day before, during a press conference, Zelensky announced the losses of the Ukrainian army in the conflict over two years. According to him, the Ukrainian Armed Forces lost 31 thousand people.
