Crimea will file another claim against Ukraine for damages, it will be related to the energy blockade of the peninsula, informed RIA Novosti Chairman of the State Council of Crimea Vladimir Konstantinov.

On July 3, the Arbitration Court of Crimea registered a claim for the recovery of 152.2 billion rubles from Ukraine. due to the water blockade of the peninsula. Konstantinov then said that the authorities would continue to work on the formation of claims against Ukraine and the West. “The second lawsuit will be related to the energy blockade. I am convinced that those responsible for organizing and committing crimes against millions of Crimeans should be punished,” Konstantinov said, adding that it would be easier to calculate the damage caused by the energy and banking blockade. He clarified that this includes the cost of building an energy bridge and the cost of purchasing generators for social institutions.
