A court in Moscow arrested the creator of Mr. in absentia. Freeman cartoonist Muntean
The Khoroshevsky Court of Moscow authorized the arrest in absentia of the creator of the cartoon character Mr. Freeman by Pavel Muntyan (included in the Russian Federation register of foreign agents) as part of a criminal case about fakes about the army.
“The period is calculated in case of extradition or detention on the territory of the Russian Federation,” the court stated.
Earlier on Monday it became known that the court also received a similar petition against politician Dmitry Gudkov (included in the Russian Federation register of foreign agents).
