This year’s Met Gala dress code was “gilded glamor” as part of the theme “In America: An Anthology of Fashion.” One of the most beautiful and complex beauty images was presented by actress Lucy Boyton. The author of her brilliant make-up in every sense was makeup artist Jo Baker, with whom Boyton has been collaborating for many years.

Baker was inspired by the glitter of the dress, so she used the same motifs in her makeup. On the upper eyelid – false eyelashes with rhinestones, and under the lower eyelid – applications of crystals to match the dress. A laconic voluminous bob completes the look.

An impeccable image in the spirit of old Hollywood showed Zendaya at the Emmy Awards. The actress collaborated with stylist Tony Medina, who specializes in vintage styling. So, for the red carpet, a high and magnificent ponytail with a soft wave was made, decorated with a black ribbon in the color of the dress. Complements the image of lipstick in a neutral beige shade and thin black arrows.
