Court in Trump’s fourth case could be scheduled for March 2024

The U.S. State Attorney’s Office in Georgia has proposed setting a trial for the Trump case on March 4, 2024. This is stated in the relevant document of the department, published on Wednesday, August 16.
Appearance in court for the accused is scheduled for the week that falls on September 5.
Previously, Trump and some of his closest confidants were charged with state racketeering and conspiracy in connection with attempts to reverse the ex-president’s defeat in the 2020 elections in the state of Georgia. This indictment has become fourth criminal case for the former head of the White House.
The politician must report to the Fulton County Jail in Georgia by August 25, where he will be formally arrested and undergo a series of related procedures, including a search, photograph and fingerprinting.
