Counter-terrorist operation regime introduced in Belgorod region

In the Belgorod region, a legal regime for the counter-terrorist operation has been introduced. About it reported on the official website of the government of the region.
The decision to introduce a counter-terrorist operation regime was made by the head of the Russian Federal Security Service for the Belgorod Region, Alexander Kulagin. The CTO regime provides for special measures and a number of temporary restrictions in accordance with Art. 11 and 12 of the Federal Law “On Combating Terrorism”.
Individuals will be checked for identification documents, in case of their absence, citizens will be taken to the internal affairs bodies for identification. Perhaps “the removal of individuals from certain areas of the terrain and objects, as well as the towing of vehicles.” The protection of public order and facilities that ensure the vital activity of the population and the functioning of transport will be strengthened.
Telephone conversations and other information transmitted through the channels of telecommunication systems will be controlled by the internal affairs bodies, communication may be disconnected. In the event that citizens need medical assistance, vehicles belonging to organizations can be used, and in urgent cases, transport of individuals.
Earlier today, the governor of the Belgorod region, Vyacheslav Gladkov, said that a sabotage and reconnaissance group of the Armed Forces of Ukraine had penetrated the territory of the region. The armed forces of the Russian Federation, together with the border service, the Russian Guard and the FSB, are taking the necessary measures to eliminate the enemy, he specified.
