“A thorough exchange of views took place on various aspects of this issue, including its global and regional dimensions,” the Foreign Ministry said in a statement.
On June 27, Chinese Foreign Minister Qin Gang also declaredthat China and Russia are “an important stabilizing force that ensures global peace and development.” According to him, Moscow and Beijing oppose the policy of the use of force and uphold a common order.
In March, Chinese Defense Ministry spokesman Tan Kefei notedthat the PRC armed forces are ready to cooperate with the Russian army to strengthen strategic coordination. At the same time, he clarified that relations between Moscow and Beijing cannot be considered a military-political alliance, since they “superior this model of state relations.”
