The official representative of the Chinese Embassy in Washington, Liu Pengyu, accused the US authorities of the lion’s share of cyber attacks that target the infrastructure of other countries.

“The United States itself is the source and main perpetrator of cyber attacks,… threatening the world’s critical infrastructure,” Liu Pengyu said.
