The gastronomic restaurant La Vague d’Or at the Cheval Blanc St-Tropez has been awarded three Michelin stars for ten years. La Vague d’Or was awarded two stars for the first time in 2010, and was awarded a third three years later. In honor of the anniversary, Chef Arno Donkel prepared an author’s menu that embodies the culinary history of the past decade. As part of the gala dinner held in August, guests had the opportunity to watch an exceptional presentation of each dish and enjoy individually selected wines on the picturesque Mediterranean coast.
