Chechnya was named the most business-conflict-free region in Russia – Kommersant

In the third quarter, Chechnya received the lowest (0.42) business environment conflict index compiled by the investment company A1. Ingushetia is recognized as the most conflict-ridden region (index 6.28), Moscow is in third place (3.92), reported RBC with a link to the company presentation.
The index is calculated based on a number of parameters, including: the dynamics of the number of lawsuits in arbitration courts and courts of general jurisdiction, selected according to the topics of corporate disputes; dynamics of media reports regarding corporate conflicts; dynamics of the number of companies sufficient for corporate disputes in this market.
As A1 clarified, in Chechnya “there were practically no new trials related to corporate disputes or conflicts.” It also became the region where conflict levels decreased the most (by more than 70%). The largest increase in the indicator was detected in the Sakhalin region (by 177%). A1 explained this by “a structural crisis in the construction industry at the level of interaction between construction SROs (self-regulatory organizations) and contract construction organizations that owe membership fees.”
At the end of the reporting period, the federal index decreased to 1.97 compared to 2.05 in the second quarter. According to A1, conflict in business remains at a high level, but at the same time the level of business activity remains high.
