President of the European Council Charles Michel said on Friday, January 26, that he does not intend to take part in the elections to the European Parliament and will remain in his post until the end of his mandate.
As the politician wrote on social networks, due to a wave of criticism against him, he decided “to ensure and fulfill my current mission to the fullest” to refuse to participate in the European elections.
