Central Election Commission finished certification of lists of candidates and their authorized representatives for participation in by-elections to the State Duma in four single-mandate constituencies. Rodina became the last party whose list was approved. She nominated one candidate for the by-elections to the State Duma – Ivan Serebryakov (constituency No. 56), Mikhail Belousov became the authorized representative.
By-elections will be held from 8 to 10 September in districts No. 56 (Divnogorsk, Krasnoyarsk Territory), No. 16 (Karachay-Cherkess Republic), No. 114 (Lipetsk Region) and No. 19 (Republic of Crimea). They will be attended by representatives of seven parties, including from United Russia, the Liberal Democratic Party, the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, A Just Russia – For Truth (all of them nominated four candidates each), Yabloko (three candidates) and Communists of Russia (two candidate).
General Council of United Russia July 4 approved four candidates from single-mandate constituencies for by-elections to the State Duma. They were Soltan Uzdenov (Karachay-Cherkess district No. 16), Yuri Nesterenko (Simferopol district No. 19), Dmitry Averov (Lipetsk district No. 114) and Sergey Eremin (Divnogorsk district No. 56).
