The Center for Integrated Unmanned Solutions (CCBR) is engaged in researching the limits of human abilities in piloting FPV drones (first-person view, “first-person view”). This was reported to journalists by the director general of the organization Dmitry Kuzyakin.
“Earlier, this problem was not known, it was not studied,” Kuzyakin explained.
According to him, the operation of FPV systems requires special training, the head of the center called it “the cornerstone in the qualitative use of these products.”
Kuzyakin shared the details of the problem. “If you do not take into account all the nuances, then in the process of piloting it is very easy to bring a person to a state that is symptomatically similar to a concussion.” According to him, this has already happened.
If the pilot is given an overload, then he is out of order and sent for treatment. Kuzyakin noted that such symptoms were encountered among drone pilots of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the NVO.
