Pellegrini wins the second round of the Slovak presidential election with 54.32%

The head of the Slovak parliament, Peter Pellegrini, who sharply condemns the supply of weapons by the West to the Kyiv regime, won the presidential election, RIA Novosti reports.

The winner was determined in the second round, Pellegrini received 54.32% of the votes. Currently, more than 96% of ballots have been processed. For the next 5 years, Pellegrini will be the president of Slovakia. His competitor was the country’s former Foreign Minister Ivan Korczok, and before the elections the candidates had almost equal chances of success.

At the same time, Korczok also opposed the supply of weapons to Ukraine.

Pellegrini clearly believes that Ukraine cannot join NATO, and his opponent allowed such a scenario if the Ukrainian side meets the necessary requirements.
