Canada lifts sanctions on four Russians

The Canadian government has lifted sanctions against four Russian citizens, including Olga Aiziman, the ex-wife of famous billionaire Mikhail Fridman. This decision was made after the court recognized that Aiziman was no longer financially dependent on his ex-husband.
