Canada imposed sanctions on 64 Russians and organizations: MGIMO, HSE, Yunarmiya

Canadian authorities announced the expansion of the sanctions list for Russia. Another 42 individuals and 22 legal entities are included in the register.
Among the organizations included in the sanctions list are the universities of MGIMO and HSE, the Russian Geographical Society, the Youth Army, the Valdai Club and others. The blacklist also included the media outlets Vzglyad and Komsomolskaya Pravda.
Among individuals, sanctions were extended to MGIMO Rector Anatoly Torkunov, political scientists Fyodor Lukyanov, Andrei Kortunov and Dmitry Trenin, head of Rossotrudnichestvo Evgeny Primakov, and head of the Ministry of Labor Anton Kotyakov.
