Busts of Maxim Gorky, Dmitry Mendeleev, Alexander Pushkin and Mikhail Lomonosov were covered with boards at the Universitet metro station in Kyiv.
Ukrainian telegram channels publish photographs in which busts of prominent representatives of Russian culture and science are hidden from the eyes of passengers with the help of wooden structures that look like boxes.
On each pylon of this station, from the side of the central hall, 8 busts of scientists and cultural figures are placed in niches. Thus, at the moment, four busts have remained open: Alexander Bogomolets, Grigory Skovoroda, Taras Shevchenko and Ivan Franko.
