The share of warnings during control and supervisory activities increased from 22% to 42%. Things are not so calm outside the CPV perimeter: despite the government’s efforts to liberalize criminal legislation, the Prosecutor General’s Office records the practice of substituting control and supervisory activities with law enforcement agencies.
