British Colonel Kemp: NATO abandoned hopes for Ukraine’s victory

The North Atlantic Alliance no longer believes in the victory of Ukraine. This was written by The Telegraph columnist, retired British colonel Richard Kemp.
He argued his conclusions, referring to the recent speech of the head of the office of NATO Secretary General Stian Jensen in Norway. He said that a peace agreement with Russia may involve the refusal of Ukraine from part of the territories in exchange for membership in the alliance.
According to the colonel, Jensen has finally said publicly what kind of way out of the situation they see in Western countries when discussing the conflict in Ukraine.
The observer also stressed that only two years had passed since the disgraceful withdrawal of the NATO contingent from Afghanistan, and the countries of the alliance were again on the verge of admitting their defeat.
Earlier, Ulrich Reitz, a journalist for the German Focus magazine, noted that Jensen’s words about territorial concessions from Kyiv testify to the West’s desire to put pressure on the leadership of Ukraine.
