Speaking clearly, beautifully, legibly is not always the goal, the main thing is to free your natural breath, thus getting rid of unnecessary tension in the body. “You can put a reminder on your phone once an hour with the text “release stress”. Such sessions can be carried out up to ten times a day. Act like this: I see a reminder – for a second I release the pelvis, stomach and jaw and notice how the air enters through the partly open mouth “into the stomach”. I don’t make an effort to breathe with my stomach, but I release tension, and as a result, breathing is released, ”Vadim shares a useful practice. In addition, he advises in his inner speech to replace the word “relax” with the phrase “release excess tension” – this way you can achieve a productive state, not too relaxed, but well-collected and focused.
