Borrell said the EU is not ready to agree on a new package of sanctions against Russia

EU Foreign Ministers are not yet ready to agree on the 11th package of sanctions against Russia. This statement was made by the head of the EU foreign service, Josep Borrell, upon his arrival in Luxembourg for a meeting of EU foreign ministers.

“Today we are not in the situation to agree on new sanctions against Russia, we will continue the discussion,” he said (quote according to TASS).
