Former British Prime Minister Boris Johnson spoke about the guilt felt by NATO over the fact that the conflict in Ukraine could not be prevented.

“There is a deep institutional sense of guilt in NATO. If the alliance had fulfilled what it promised, and the Ukrainians had truly embarked on the path to full membership, then, very likely, (Russian President – editor’s note) Putin would not have done what he did,” the ex-prime minister believes.
