US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken said during a press conference at the State Department that Washington still has no information about what exactly happened at the Kakhovskaya hydroelectric power station, where the upper part of the station was destroyed.
Blinken added that the US Foreign Office did not know what led to the collapse of the dam.
Earlier, the head of the administration of the Novokakhovka urban district, Vladimir Leontiev, blamed the destruction of the hydroelectric power station on Kyiv.
