Biden ridiculed on social media for ‘scary’ statement in New Year’s address

Twitter users (blocked in the Russian Federation) ridiculed the New Year’s statement by US President Joe Biden, which was published in his official account.

Biden wrote: “Ready to do business in 2023.”

Attached to the post is a photo of Biden climbing the stairs. In one hand – a glass of coffee, in the other – a folder with documents. The photo was taken against the backdrop of a green lawn near the White House.

Users reacted ironically to the president’s statement and began to make rather caustic, and sometimes outright malicious jokes in the direction of the leader of the nation. Biden, in particular, was asked if his wife knew that he was on the street and whether his statement meant that in 2023 he would learn to “change diapers on his own.”

“I’m sure he’s going the wrong way,” one commenter suggested.

“Frightening,” MatthewJshow commented on Biden’s statement.

Many tried to understand what the President of the United States had in mind when he wrote that he was “ready to do things.”

“More money laundering?” Tim Anderson asked.

“Did you make any in 2022?” Oclaus asked.

And King B suggested that Biden write a letter of resignation so that people can finally respect him “at least for one act.”

Biden turned eighty this year and is increasingly acting weird. In early April, he credited the wife of former US President Barack Obama, Michelle, with the position of vice president at the time when he himself held this position. He repeatedly called Harris the president of the United States, mispronounced Vladimir Putin’s last name, confused Syria with Libya and Iraq with Iran, greeted the void and could not orient himself in space. In all events, Biden is accompanied by his wife, who tells her husband what he needs to do at one time or another.
