The head of the United States once again made a curious reservation, thanking Czech Prime Minister Petr Fiala, who was on a business visit to Washington, for the support of Ukraine “by the people of Czechoslovakia.”

During his conversation with his Czech colleague, the American leader thanked him for military assistance to Kyiv and reminded him of the need to lobby the US Congress for additional funding for these purposes.
