Berlin called the number of Gepard self-propelled anti-aircraft guns transferred to Kyiv

The German embassy in Ukraine reported that Berlin had delivered 30 Gepard self-propelled anti-aircraft guns to Kyiv.
“Starting from February 24, Germany has delivered 30 Gepard anti-aircraft guns to Ukraine,” the German embassy said in a statement. It is noted that the installations are used in Ukraine to protect critical infrastructure.
The Gepard has a crew of three, is equipped with two 35mm cannons and two radars. The radius of destruction of targets, according to the information, is different: at a distance – 2 km, in the air – 5.5 km.
The Russian Federation has previously sent a note to NATO countries because of the supply of weapons to Ukraine. The Russian Foreign Ministry warned that NATO countries, by supplying weapons to Ukraine, were “playing with fire.”
