Belarusian Foreign Ministry demanded clarification from Warsaw after violation of the state border

Charge d’Affaires of Poland in Belarus Wojciech Filimonovich was summoned to the Foreign Ministry after a helicopter of the Polish armed forces violated the Belarusian border. About it informed Belarusian Foreign Ministry.
Clarifications and a thorough investigation of the incident were demanded from the Polish side. The Foreign Ministry stressed that the Belarusian side should be notified of the results of the investigation within a reasonable time
“An urgent request was made to Warsaw to take measures to prevent such incidents in the future,” the ministry concluded.
On September 1, a Polish military helicopter Mi-24, flying at extremely low altitude, crossed the state border of Belarus, having flown to a depth of up to 1200 m, and then returned back.
