Bastrykin: 700 Ukrainian security forces are accused of prohibited methods of warfare

The head of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, Alexander Bastrykin, said that almost 700 Ukrainian security officials became defendants in criminal cases on the use of prohibited means and methods of war.
It is noted that about 118 of them from among the commanders and leadership of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine
Criminal prosecution is carried out against 680 persons. So far, 36 defendants have been arrested in absentia.
The accusations under this article mean that the Ukrainian military, according to the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, used weapons with high destructive properties against the civilian population, including those with a cluster warhead, or were involved in particularly cruel treatment of civilians.
