The governor of the Zaporozhye region, Yevgeny Balitsky, in a conversation with journalists, expressed an opinion about what could be related to the frequent attacks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on civilian infrastructure.
According to the head of the region, the Ukrainian Armed Forces attack mainly civilian infrastructure, since they cannot boast of successes on the front line.
“They are hitting the infrastructure because they have no victories at the front… They are trying to annoy us in some way… Allegedly, the Russian government cannot provide a normal standard of living for people,” Balitsky believes.
