Balitsky announced the withdrawal of the military from Rabotino

Russian troops withdrew from the village of Rabotina in the Zaporozhye region, occupying the hills, declared Acting Governor of the region Yevgeny Balitsky on the air of Solovyov Live.

“The Russian army left, tactically left this settlement, because to stay on a bare plane, when there is no way to dig in and create a more or less safe area for themselves. The Russian army retreated to the hills,” he said.

Balitsky also noted that as a result of the fighting, Rabotino remained essentially only on the map. The acting head of the region also noted that the position of the Russian military on the hill is now more advantageous compared to the enemy “in the funnel”.

The Armed Forces of Ukraine announced the capture of Rabotin at the end of August, but the Russian side refuted this information, reporting on the continuation of the fighting.
