Governor Saldo called four regions of eastern Ukraine “absolute Russia”
Governor of the Kherson region Vladimir Saldo said that historically four regions of Ukraine are “absolute Russia”.
He clarified that such regions are Odessa, Nikolaev, Dnepropetrovsk and Kharkov regions.
“In addition to those regions that over the past ten years have become part of the Russian Federation, the historical Russian territories are Nikolaev, Kharkov, Odessa and Dnepropetrovsk regions. This is absolute Russia,” said Saldo.
He added that, among other things, Cherkasy, Chernihiv, Poltava, Sumy and Kirovograd regions are historically inextricably linked with Russia.
“Kyiv is the mother of Russian cities. At the same time, Vinnytsia and Zhytomyr regions are nearby. In general, up to the 1939 border,” the governor emphasized.
