As a result of the shelling by the Ukrainian military of the children’s camp “Dnepryany” in the Kherson region with Storm Shadow missiles, one person was killed, another was injured. About it informed in his Telegram channel of the Acting Governor of the region Vladimir Saldo.
“Another confirmation of the barbarism and inhumanity of the Kiev regime, controlled from London: the fragments of the Storm Shadow rocket aimed at the Dnipro children’s health camp on the Arabat Spit … As a result, one person died, another was injured,” he wrote.
In a video message released, Saldo shows debris from what is claimed to be the Storm Shadow missile that struck. In total, according to him, three missiles were launched, one was shot down, but two still reached the target. According to the authorities, the rockets initially flew to Berdyansk, but then “were specifically redirected to the children’s camp.” The balance also added that the summer health season for schoolchildren has already begun.
In the administration of the Kherson region earlier reportedthat only civilian objects are located on the Arbat Spit. The boarding houses temporarily accommodate civilians evacuated from Kherson and from those affected by the destruction of the Kakhovskaya hydroelectric power station.
On June 8, Saldo reported that during the shelling of the evacuation point for civilians in Hola Pristan, two people were killed, including a pregnant woman, and two more people were injured.
