Balance: negotiations with Ukraine are possible only on Russia’s terms

Conducting peace negotiations between the Russian Federation and Ukraine is possible only on Moscow’s terms, and also after achieving all the set goals of the special military operation (SVO). This was announced by the Governor of the Kherson region Vladimir Saldo.
He commented on the words of Jonathan Feiner, First Deputy Assistant to the President of the United States for National Security, who said that Washington wants to bring Russia to negotiations on terms favorable to Kyiv at the end of next year. Saldo believes that such conditions cannot be called negotiations, since such conversations in the Russian Federation are “not necessary.”
Baldo recalled the Minsk negotiations, which led nowhere. According to him, it was a “trick to delay time” during which NATO was arming Ukraine and training military personnel.
“If there are negotiations, then on our terms…” said the head of the Kherson region.
He noted that such conditions are the capitulation of Kyiv, demilitarization, the return of all originally Russian territories that are part of Russia and those who wish to become part of it.
