“According to the results of work in 2022, the amount recovered by bailiffs amounted to almost 1.1 trillion rubles. 412.8 billion rubles were transferred to the consolidated budget of the Russian Federation. This is more than 86.2 billion more than in 2021,” the press service said.
The FSSP also spoke about the collection of debts for alimony. In 2022, bailiffs received about 47.6 billion rubles from debtors. For comparison, the amount in 2021 amounted to 32.9 billion rubles.
In 2022, housing was provided to orphans and children left without parental care as part of 9,800 enforcement proceedings. Exceeding the indicators last year, the FSSP did not achieve only in the collection of wage arrears. Thus, more than 80.6% of production was processed in full or in part for a total amount of 6.6 billion rubles, which is 500 million less than in the same period in 2021.
On January 18, the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation developed amendments according to which debt collection may be prohibited from residents of the DPR, LPR, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions until 2026. According to the amendments, we are talking about a ban on the collection of debts of individuals to microfinance organizations and banks, and debts persons, debts to pay utility bills and business debts do not fall under this rule.
December 26 last year, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree to increase the maximum staffing of the FSSP by almost 4,400 posts from January 2023. According to the document of the decree, the number of employees of the service is increasing from 73,869 people to 76,333, and from July 1 of this year to 78,250 people.
