Authorities to discuss corporate information disclosure regime with businesses

The authorities and business began to discuss the extension of the period of non-disclosure of corporate reporting, two sources close to the largest public companies, as well as an interlocutor close to the Cabinet of Ministers, told Vedomosti. The preferential regime, which allowed issuers to temporarily reduce transparency, was introduced in the spring as part of a package of measures to protect businesses from sanctions and expires on July 1. There have been no changes in terms of data exchange with control agencies.
