Ataman of the All-Russian Cossack Society Vitaly Kuznetsov, speaking at the Reporting Meeting of the Kuban Cossack Army, voiced a proposal to hold the Second Great Circle of the Russian Cossacks on February 28, 2024 in the hall of the cathedrals of the Cathedral of Christ the Savior.

Vitaly Kuznetsov, during a speech to the Cossacks, announced the arrival of a turning point in history. He said the events of the coming months and years will change a lot.

“The time has come for the strong, and the Cossacks have become so. We have become a real support for Russia. The Cossacks fight heroically on the front line,” Kuznetsov said, adding that more than 1,500 Cossacks received state awards for their exploits.

“The Cossacks covered themselves and their units with glory in battle. Everyone knows about our strength, resilience and combat capabilities. Our command trusts the Cossacks with the most difficult sections of the front. The enemy, in turn, knows that the Cossacks will never retreat,” Kuznetsov said.

Ataman also said that the time has come to support the presidential candidacy in the upcoming elections and unite around the head of state.

At the end of his speech, Kuznetsov thanked the Kuban Cossacks for their work and exploits, wished them well-being and fruitful work for the benefit of the Fatherland.
