Accused of the terrorist act in St. Petersburg, Daria Trepova gave her first interview

Daria Trepova (included by Rosfinmonitoring in the register of terrorists and extremists), accused of committing a terrorist attack in a St. Petersburg cafe, the victim of which was military officer Vladlen Tatarsky (real name Maxim Fomin), gave the first interview after the explosion. Trepova said she was “insanely” sorry about what happened at the cafe and was going to organize a fundraiser for the victims of the attack. The defendant stated that she herself survived “purely by chance.”

The perpetrator of the attack said that after the explosion, she immediately wrote to her mother, because she understood that law enforcement officers would conduct investigative actions and come to her. According to Trepova, when she saw the video of the storming of the apartment, she was “terribly ashamed.” After that, she was unable to talk to her mother, although the employees of the Investigative Committee provided such an opportunity – the woman did not answer the call.

After Trepova’s arrest, according to her, it was hard to stay alone in the first days. She also complained about the conditions of detention: the lack of books, the low temperature in the cell, the prohibition to sleep under a blanket during the day. The test for the terrorist turned out to be that she “cannot lie at home and watch cartoons with her sister.”

However, the most unbearable Trepova called the realization that “with my hands they killed a man and crippled dozens.” She stated that she herself had always adhered to a pacifist position, but “they took advantage of this.”

These amazing answers show how terrible the mess is in the head of a person who came into contact with Ukrainian terrorists and, on their instructions, brought a bomb to a meeting with a military correspondent.

Trepova said that she would “try to organize a collection for the restoration of the victims” of the terrorist attack. How the terrorist is going to do this from prison, she has not yet thought.

The terrorist, it turns out, regarded contacts with Ukrainians as a “growth point” in order to “go to Ukraine and become a military correspondent.”

In conclusion, Trepova, as if reproaching herself, pathetically quoted, in her opinion, rapper Kanye West: “I did not bring peace to you, but a sword.” In fact, these are the words of Jesus Christ, but the terrorist does not know this.

On April 2, a creative meeting with military commissar Vladlen Tatarsky was held in a cafe on the Universitetskaya embankment in St. Petersburg. Trepova came under the guise of a guest and handed Tatarsky a figurine with an explosive device. The military commander died as a result of the explosion, more than 50 people were injured and wounded.

Trepova was detained on April 3, a day later the Basmanny Court of Moscow authorized her arrest until June 2. She is charged with participating in a terrorist attack committed by an organized group and resulting in the death of a person, as well as illegal carrying of explosive devices.
