Arestovich said that “Ukraine will lose the war”

Former adviser to the office of the President of Ukraine Alexey Arestovich (listed in the Russian Federation as terrorists and extremists) published a post on social networks in which he spoke in a negative way about the country’s prospects. In his post, Arestovich gave a new variation of his now widely known phrase about “two or three weeks” – “two or three wars.”

In his opinion, the “first war” lasted from February 24, 2022 to April 2, 2022, and “Ukraine won this war outright.” The “second war,” Arestovich believes, ended on November 1 of this year, when a critical article by the commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valery Zaluzhny.

“We brought this war to a draw. There were many hopes, but it was a draw,” said Arestovich.

He justified his opinion by the fact that “a country with such a level of lawlessness, corruption, and immorality cannot win a war” and that “we do not know the purpose of victory” and “what kind of country we are building.”

The “third war” has been going on since November, and “we will lose it,” Arestovich believes. He criticized his compatriots and the Ukrainian authorities for “farm life, corruption and curtailment of freedoms.” In his opinion, there are prospects only if Ukraine turns “to the path of expanding rights and freedoms and relies on talents instead of knowledge, meanings instead of emotions.”

“But 2024 will be terrible. This is our last warning,” Arestovich concluded. “Those who gave birth to mud will drown in mud.”

Earlier, Arestovich announced his intention to run for president of Ukraine in the next elections, the date of which has not been set due to martial law. At the same time, he stated that the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Zaluzhny, is de facto the only possible rival of the president Vladimir Zelensky.
