Arestovich admitted that the United States can “throw” Ukraine after 2023

The United States may “dump” Ukraine and stop providing support to it after 2023, but now Washington’s assistance is intensifying, Aleksey Arestovich, an adviser to the office of the Ukrainian president, said in an interview on YouTube.

According to Arestovich, the United States will not refuse to support Kyiv, since whoever does this “will obviously lose the presidential election.”

“Let’s not even talk about ideals, about the role of America as a guarantor of stability in the world, about the interests of the Asian allies, who will never trust the United States again if they abandon Ukraine,” Arestovich said. He noted that the States would simultaneously lose many allies if they abandoned Kyiv.

An adviser to the office of the president of Ukraine said that he imagines a situation in which support from the Americans will stop: on the contrary, it is “strengthening, expanding.”

“At least, for the whole next year they have already given a budget of $44 billion, of which $23 billion is for military purposes. “Seven” (G7) agrees on economic assistance. Maybe they will, of course, but after 2023,” he said.

A day earlier, Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban declaredthat Ukraine is capable of continuing to fight as long as Washington supports Kyiv. “Ukraine can only fight as long as the US supports it with money and weapons. If Americans want peace, there will be peace,” the politician said in an interview with the Magyar Nemzet newspaper.
